Key Takeaways
- Gwyneth Paltrow arrived at Gucci’s Spring/Summer 2026 show sporting a head-to-toe GG monogram outfit and rosewater manicure.
- The nail look is so easy to copy—thank goodness we don’t have to call it a summer-only trend.
I’m currently reading Gwyneth and—though I’m not sure this was the point—it’s making me even more obsessed with Gwyneth Paltrow than I already was. Did you know the woman once spent three days on a deserted island? Between beach naps and broken coconut hydration breaks, she swam with a shark because she “just knew” it wouldn’t hurt her.
Truth be told, Miss Goop really does have a knowingness about her. She knows how to cause commotion, she knows how to pick a project (I am so excited to see her play Timothée Chalamet’s love interest), and she knows how to look amazing. I won’t be swimming with a shark or starring in an A24 movie any time soon, but I will absolutely be copying her latest manicure.

On Tuesday, September 23, Paltrow showed up in Milan for Gucci’s film premiere, which took the place of the SS26 fashion show. Though her nails weren’t painted when she arrived at the airport (sporting a monogrammed blue Goyard tote and black capri pant, mind you), they were glossy as can be come showtime.
Coordinating with her head-to-toe GG monogram outfit, the 52-year-old’s chosen nail art was a “rosewater” manicure similar to those that held so much popularity over the summer.

Depending on the lighting or camera flashes, her short nails looked like they were painted a soft pink shade or covered in a sheer gloss with a touch of rose pigment. The latter turned out to be the move, and I have a good guess that she used Manucurist’s Active Glow Nail Care Effects Polish in Raspberry to get the look.
Get the Look
This mani couldn’t be simpler to copy. Once you’ve secured your polish, cut your nails as short as you’d like before filing them to A-lister worthy perfection. Buff, and then brush on a few coats of the tinted shade so the color comes through.

The message here is obviously twofold. Firstly: Respect your brand (Paltrow sells the polish on her website). Secondly: Rosewater nails defy the seasons.
And if your brand is rosewater nails? Goop tidings! I’m sure this fall will be very good to you.
